Neerja Saini is an associate lawyer with Jain Immigration Law.
Neerja practices in all areas of Canadian immigration law. She provides assistance and advice to corporate clients and individuals on a variety of temporary and permanent residency matters. As part of her practice, Neerja also represents clients at hearings before the Federal Court for judicial reviews of negative determinations and before all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board. She has experience with appeals of removal orders, residency and sponsorship determinations at the Immigration Appeal Division, refugee claims at the Refugee Protection Division, and admissibility hearings and detention reviews at the Immigration Division.
Neerja was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, having earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa in 2017.
Neerja is able to serve clients in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
